Our experience combining sound instructional design practices with engaging visuals, animations and designs produces rich learning experiences and differentiates us from our competition.

Instructional Design Process

The instructional design process begins by working with your subject matter experts to determine the knowledge and skills the end user needs. This information is used to create learning objectives, which in turn guides the learning content design. We storyboard the draft learning content and learning activities to give you an idea of what the end product not only will say, but what it’ll look like too. This keeps you involved all the way through the experience.

Interactive Design and Animation

We’ve created and are constantly improving technologies and processes that make our training products more enjoyable for the end user and easier to manage for the clients. Our experience in different media from print graphic design to visual effects and motion graphics guide the content’s voice and impact. With approved storyboards in hand, we begin the visual development of the courses, which typically includes visual style creation that is appropriate to the audience, graphics and illustration creation, voice narration recording, Flash animation, and custom course interactivity.

Learning Management System

We generally deliver our training through a Learning Management System (LMS) which allows students to have individual accounts. The LMS also allows instructors to track student progress and deliver testing. We’ll help you navigate through selecting the best LMS for you and make sure that it’s up and running smoothly.
